Installation Instructions
General Information
This kit connects Thermal Dynamics Torches equipped with O2B connectors, or the Thermal Dynamics 1Torch TM ATC Adapter
Kit, to the following Power Supplies:
• ESAB* Powercut* 875, Powercut* 1125
Supplied Parts
The kit includes:
• Large Adapter Fitting
• Small Adapter Fitting
• Hex Nut
• Connection Cover
• Control Wire Connectors (2)
• Through - Hole Protector
• Mounting Hardware
• Insulating Sleeve
• Tie Wrap (2)
• Instructions
WARNINGS
Disconnect primary input power to the system before starting the installation.
Shut off the gas supply and bleed down the system.
Only a qualified technician should perform this procedure.
Procedure
A. Preparation
1. Disconnect and remove the original torch per the Power Supply operator's manual.
2. Remove the securing nut from the Through - Hole Protector provided in this kit.
3. Remove the tie wrap and insulating sleeve covering two joined wires on the ATC adapter or torch leads
assembly. Disconnect the wires. Set the sleeve aside for possible later use.
