1. Get balanced over the center.
2. Keep your knees flexible.
3. Place the wireless remote string around your neck to keep remote accessible while
using The iJoy Board.
4. Press the wireless remote’s Start/Stop button to start your workout.
5. When you are finished, or if you begin to lose your balance during your workout,
press the Start/Stop button on the wireless remote to stop The iJoy Board immediately.

IMPORTANT: If you accidentally drop the wireless remote during your workout, jump
carefully off The iJoy Board, both feet at the same time, taking care to maintain your
balance while dismounting. Use the wireless remote or on-board power switch to turn off
The iJoy Board.

It’s a fun and easy way to strengthen and tone!

CAUTION: Do not apply weight in excess of 250 lbs. to The iJoy Board. You
may seriously injure yourself and permanently damage The iJoy Board.
Do not jump-mount the iJoy board or jump up and down on it.
Don’t attempt to “hang ten” or other extreme tricks on the edge of The iJoy
Board. Always keep your weight safely centered on the iJoy board.

On the run? No time to work out? Not a problem.

The iJoy Board’s

compact design makes it easily portable - just take it along!

CAUTION: Make sure you are balanced over the center of The iJoy Board before
beginning your workout. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for exercising,
so your movement is not restricted and your feet don't slip off The iJoy Board. Make
sure shoelaces are not long enough to get tangled in moving parts. Using The iJoy
Board improperly or excessively could result in injury.
