1.

Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet. In the event of a power interruption, all
previous temperature settings are automatically erased and each compartment will default to a
preset temperature setting of 12℃ (54°F) for the upper compartment and 12℃ (54°F) for the
lower compartment.

2.

Set the desired cooling temperature by pressing the corresponding buttons

for the “set

lower” program. Depressing the button will scroll through the available temperature settings (for
each compartment) in decrements of 1 degree. The temperature selected will flash in the LED
display for approximately 5 seconds, then the display will revert back to the current internal
temperature of the compartment.

Upper compartment :

The temperature setting can be adjusted from 3 to 20

°

C (37 - 68

°

F).

Lower compartment :

The temperature setting can be adjusted from 3 to 20

°

C (37 - 68

°

F).

To view the “set” temperature at any time, press

once. The “set” temperature will temporarily

flash in the LED display for 5 seconds.

NOTE: We recommend that the upper and lower chambers not both be set at or lower than 5℃

(41℉), because when the ambient temperature is 25℃ (77℉), only one of the chambers can
reach 5℃ (41℉) or lower. This would cause the compressor to keep working continuously.

RUN

Indicator light illuminates to signify the cooling mode is currently in operation.

LIGHT

You can turn the interior light ON or OFF by pushing the button marked with the “LIGHT” symbol. The
light will be turned off automatically if it remains ON for 10 minutes. You have to push the button
marked with the “LIGHT” symbol again and the light will turn back on. For best storage of wine, keep
the light off except when viewing.

LOCK

Press the "LOCK" button for 3 seconds. The control panel will lock and will not be operational again
until the "LOCK" button is pressed again.

Celsius-Fahrenheit Conversion

Pressing the SET and LIGHT buttons at the same time for 3 seconds will convert the Celsius
temperature display to Fahrenheit and vice versa.

NOTES:

If the unit is unplugged, turned off or if there is a power failure, you must wait 3 to 5 minutes before
restarting the unit. If you attempt to restart before this time delay, the Wine Cellar will not work.

When you use the Wine Cellar for the first time, or restart the Wine Cellar after it's been shut off for
a long time, there could be a few degrees difference between the temperature you select and the
one indicated on the LED readout. This is normal and is due to the length of the inactivation time.
Once the Wine Cellar has been running for a few hours, everything should be back to normal.
