Mise en route / Start-up
Déplacement routier
Afin d'être dans un gabarit routier inférieur ou égal à 3
mètres
- Verrouiller le bras de roue en position "utilisation
sans semer" (cf. § E).
- Lever l'essieu de la machine au maximum.
- Déposer les roues de réappui extérieures du RW
9 m ainsi que les extensions de herse, afin de
diminuer la hauteur de transport de la machine.
- Visser à fond les 2 clapets d'extension flottantes.
- Replier la poutre d'éléments semeurs.
- Basculer le sélectionneur de circuit (placé à
l'avant gauche du semoir) en position
basculement
.
- Basculer hydrauliquement la rampe de semis
vers l'avant jusqu'au butées placées sur la
trémie.
- Baisser l'essieu au maximum pour diminuer la
hauteur de transport.
- Assurez-vous de la conformité de la signalisation
routière de votre semoir à la réglementation
locale.

Road transportation
To ensure that the machine fits into a transport width
equal to or less than three metres
- Lock the metering wheel arm in the “use without
drilling” position (cf. § E)
- Raise the axle of the machine to its maximum
height.
- Remove the exterior press wheels of the RW 9m
and the harrow extensions in order to reduce the
transport height of the machine.
- Screw the 2 floating toolbar extension valves down
fully.
- Refold the drilling toolbars.
- Switch the circuit selector (located at the front left
of the drill) to the tilting position .
- Hydraulically tilt the coulter bar towards the front as
far as the stops on the hopper.
- Lower the axle to its lowest point to reduce the
transport height.
- Check that your drill’s road lights are all working in
accordance with local regulations.
