FASTENING THE WATERBLOCK TO THE GRAPHICS
CARD – Step 1
Remove the springs and screws from the stock cross-bracket.
Longer replacement screws (M2x6mm) are provided and will be
used instead (without the springs) for installation of the Epsilon
waterblock to the card.

Démontez les ressorts et vis d‟origine de la plaque arrière qui est
livrée avec la solution de refroidissement d‟origine. Des vis plus
longues (M2x6mm) sont fournies et seront utilisées (sans les
ressorts
) pour l‟installation du bloc Epsilon.

Position the Epsilon waterblock at the edge of your bench as
illustrated in the example to the right, and then carefully place the
graphics card on it while making sure to align the card mountings
holes with those of the block.

Positionnez le bloc Epsilon sur
le bord de l‟établi comme illustré
dans l‟exemple ci-contre puis soigneusement posez la carte
graphique dessus en alignant correctement les trous de montage
de la carte avec ceux du bloc.
FASTENING THE WATERBLOCK TO THE GRAPHICS
CARD – Step 3
Install both cross brackets with the supplied Philips screws
(M2x6mm) and nylon washers: for each bracket, engage the first
screw and fasten it by no more than (2) full turns; then engage the
second screw at the opposite corner and while firmly pressing on
the leg of the bracket with your thumb, fasten it also by no more
than (2) full turn. Fasten the remaining (2) screws following the
same procedure; now you may complete fastening of all (4)
screws while always helping by placing pressure on each leg with
your thumb; fasten gradually and in a cross pattern until each leg
of the bracket bottoms out. ** IMPORTANT ** : these are fine
screws and cross-threading them is easy. Do not force the screw if
you feel abnormal resistance. Simply back it off completely, make
sure that the screw is straight, and only then resume fastening.

Installez les deux plaques en croix arrière avec les vis Philips
fournies (M2x6mm) et rondelles en nylon: pour chaque plaque,
engagez et serrez la première vis sans excéder (2) tours
complets ; ensuite, engagez la seconde vis au coin opposé de la
plaque tout en appuyant fermement sur la patte de la plaque avec
le pouce, et serrez également cette vis sans excéder (2) tours
complets. Serrez les (2) vis restantes en suivant la même
méthode. Finissez de serrer les (4) vis en aidant toujours par
presser sur chaque patte avec le pouce. Serrez en croix
progressivement jusqu‟à ce que les pattes viennent en contact
avec la carte.
** IMPORTANT ** : ces petites vis au pas très fin sont fragiles, et il
est facile de les endommager. Ne forcez pas au serrage ! si vous
sentez une résistance anormale, simplement dévissez
complètement, et réengagez la vis en vous assurant qu‟elle est
bien droite.
