HOW TO CLEAN THE PRODUCT
substances, frequently clean the lamp is required, before cleaning the UV lamp protection
tube(part 1), must detach the protect grill(part 2) firstly. Be careful to remove all dust
around the glass tube and then wipe the tube with a dry cloth. After finish the cleaning,
replace the protection grill on the base.(pic17)
Caution:
1. To guarantee the safety, it is forbid to distach the UV lamp by the operator at any time.
2. The UV lamp protection tube is fragile, it is forbit to knock on it with any heavy goods,

Why does it not working
Before you report problems, please check below status firstly:
Not working
Check whether the electric code is pulled out or plug in completely.
Make sure to plug in the electric code completely.
Check whether the line is charged with electricity and the switch turn on.
Plug in other home appliances to check whether the line is charged with
electricity, and be sure the switch is turned on.
Why does the absorption power become weaker.
Please check whether the filter is full of dust and dirt.
Empty dustbin or clean the filter. If the filter is excessively contaminated, replace it.
Please check whether the inlet is clogged, outlet is covered by anything.
Remove foreign substance, open outlet completely.
The vibrating pan and sterilization lamp do not work.
Please check whether the vacuum cleaner unit is installed correctly on the base.
Replace the vacuum cleaner unit on the base until you hear click sound.
The sterilization lamp does not work.
Please check whether the vacuum cleaner unit is installed correctly on the base.
The lamp is automatically off if the mechanical protection switch is away from the floor.
Put the product on the floor again, the lamp is automatically on.
Caution: If the appliance have other problem, it may only be repaired by the center. Never
dismantle it by yourself blindly.
