Old Fashioned Chocolate Milk Shake

Serves: 1
Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla ice cream
4 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 cup cold milk

Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for about 20-30 seconds or until

well mixed and creamy.

Raspberry Vinaigrette

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:

cups vegetable oil

cup white vinegar

cup fresh raspberries

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Method:

1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for 15 seconds until well

blended.

Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

Serves: 4-6 when served with pasta

Ingredients:
1 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil

and finely chopped

6 oz. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped roasted garlic

cup toasted pine nuts

cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Method:
1.Add tomatoes and oil to blender.

Mix for about 15 seconds.

2.Add remaining ingredients and blend

for about 20 seconds.

3. The pesto can be stored in the

refrigerator or freezer for future use.

GRINDER RECIPES

Tri-Color Pepper Mix

In Grinder Combine:
2 tsp. black peppercorns
2 tsp. white peppercorns
2 tsp. pink peppercorns

Method:
Combine and pulse (on-off) for10 sec.

Dry-Rub for Spareribs

In Grinder combine:
2 tsp. black peppercorns
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 cloves

tsp. dried rosemar y

3 coffee beans
2 juniper berries

Grind until fine. Pour into a bowl and

stir in: 1 tbsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard

Rub over meat surface and marinate
2-3 hours before grilling.
