Steps To Perfectly Use Of Your Milk Frother
Attachment:
For Frothing, fill one third of a tall mug with milk and heat to
60°C/155°F. Do not boil.
For milkshakes, ensure the milk is as cold as possible.
Turn the speed control to “low speed” setting
Insert the milk frother attachment into milk close to the mug
base.
Switch on The Prep Machine. Moving the milk frother slowly
around the inside of the mug. As the milk begins to thicken,
raise the frother so that it is always under the top of the froth.
Remember to switch off The Prep Machine before removing
the milk frother attachment from the milk.
Steps For Perfectly Mixing With Your Whisk
Attachment:
Place ingredients to be mixed in a bowl.
Turn the speed control to “low speed” setting
Holding The Prep Machine, immerse the whisk into the
center of the bowl.
Continuously move the whisk through the mixture for uniform
mixing. Remember to switch off The Prep Machine before
removing the whisk attachment from the mixture.
