combines the luxurious comfort of gel with
contoured support for comfort in any seat,
anywhere you go.
How to use your ObusForme ® Airflow
Cushion
Lightweight and portable, your ObusForme ®
Airflow Cushion is ideal for use anywhere you
sit – at home, in the office and on the go*!
*CAUTION! This product may not be suitable
for use in all vehicles, or while driving. Please
refer to your vehicle’s owner’s manual for
important safety guidelines if you are planning
to use this product in your vehicle.
Use & Care Tips
The ObusForme ® Airflow Cushion is made with
synthetic materials. If the surface of your
cushion becomes soiled, it can be wiped gently
with a damp cloth, mild soap and a sponge, or
a soft brush.
Do not rub the cushion
excessively or place it in a washing machine.
Avoid soaking the cushion as this may damage
the material. To dry, pat with a clean, dry cloth.
Materials:
Exterior: 100% polyester
Interior: Molded foam base is 100%
polyurethane foam; gel grid is 100% silicone.
Product complies with all U.S. and Canadian
regulations regarding flammability.

AboutyourObusForme ® AirflowCushion
The ergonomically contoured pommel shape of the
ObusForme
® Airflow Cushion helps to support you in
proper, upright posture. A gel insert is set into a
molded foam base so that the ObusForme
® Airflow
Cushion conforms to your body for a personalized fit,
and helps to reduce pressure on sitting bones. Its
base is composed of polyurethane foam that is
molded into a contouredshape to provide you with
additional comfort.
The gel grid is designed to provide different
zones of comfort and support for a luxurious
sitting experience:
Zone1:
Densegelprovidesfirmsupportatthefront
andbackofyourseattohelpyousitupright.
Zone 2: Softer gel in the center and throughout
the remainder of the seat provides a cushioning
effect to help soothe aching sitting bones.
The ObusForme
® Airflow Cushion cover is designed
with a mesh interior to allow for increased air
circulation.

ObusForme ® guarantees all items are free from defects in
workmanship & materials for a time stated below from the
original purchase date. This applies when items are used
for the purpose intended. Items will be repaired/replaced
with new/refurbished parts/items &/or alternates (our
option) if the ORIGINAL purchaser has sent the completed
Warranty Registration within 30 days of purchase &
includes original receipt & item. Shipping, customs, duties
and taxes must be PRE-PAID TO and FROM ObusForme®
by the PURCHASER. This warranty gives you rights that vary
by province/state. This warranty may change. This warranty
is non-transferable.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Wear & tear, aging, foam/item discoloring, odor,
flattening, density, variation, leaking, alteration,
mishandling, faulty adjustment, misuse, improper
care, power damage, accidents, rental use, obsolete
items, service by anyone other than ObusForme ® , use
of any non-ObusForme ® authorized parts, shipping
damage, over-inflation, neglect, items sold ‘as is’ or
damage due to natural acts are NOT covered.
WARRANTY TIME FRAME
Backrest Frame: Lifetime
(cover, foam, lumbar pad and other Backrest
parts/materials are NOT covered)
Seat Frame: 1 year
(cover, foam and other Seat parts/materials are
NOT covered)
Back Therapy: 1 year
(includes but is NOT limited to Back Belts,
Backpacks, Drivers Seats)
Sleep/Foot/Muscle Therapy: 1 year
(pillow case is NOT included & must not be
returned. Only foam or bladder will be replaced.)
Electrical Parts: 1 year
(This includes wires, adaptors, plugs and other
electrical parts/components)
