Tennessee Residents
This Plan shall be extended as follows: (1) the number of days the
consumer is deprived of the use of the product because the product
is in repair; plus two (2) additional workdays.
Texas Residents
The provider may cancel this Plan with no prior notice for non-
payment, misrepresentation or a substantial breach of a duty by
the holder relating to the Covered Equipment or its use. Unresolved

Wisconsin Residents
