POLARIZED PL UG (120V Models Onl y)
This applianc e has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduc e the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit int o a

ELECTRIC CORD

1) The mark ed el ectrical rating of the detachabl e po wer-suppl y cor d

3) The longer cor d should be arr anged so that it will not drape over

• Att ach cutting assembl y by aligning ke y tab with ke y
slots (A).
• Push in and turn until cutting as sembly locks into
position.
OPENING C ANS
1. Plug the cor d int o a standar d, 120-v olt el ectrical outlet.
2. Lift the le ver . Tip the can so that the rim is under the loc ating pos t.
3. Push down on the lev er, making sure the cutt er blade is inside the rim.
Note: It is not neces sary to hold the lev er do wn or support the can during cutting.
How ever, you may hav e to hold the base when cutting very tall or heavy cans.
4. When the can is opened, the cutting automatic ally stops.
5. Remo ve can by holding it with one hand and raising the Le ver with the other.
Caution: A void cont act with the cut edges of the can or lids-the y ar e sharp.
Carefull y remo ve the lid from the magnet and disc ard.
6. Stuff exc ess cor d back inside the bottom of the unit and feed the cor d thr ough
the not ch for stor age.
Note: This can opener will not open rimles s cans or cans with angl ed corner s. It
should not be used to open cans with a peel-off foil or
rolling key .
Note: Fr ozen juic es or foods in car dboard cans should be opened as soon as they
are remo ved from the fr eezer. Aluminum lids will not stick to the magnet.
POP TOP OPENER
For use on cans with a pull ring
1. Remo ve pop top opener. W edge the flat end of the pop top
opener under the ring and lift up (B) .
2. Manuall y pull the ring back to remo ve the lid or hook the
Pop-T op Opener under the ring, pull back on the P op-Top
Opener and pop off the lid (C).

BOTTLE OPENER
1. For use only in the removal of metal bottle caps. Do not use it for screw-off
caps, punch in tabs or cans with pull rings.
2. To open a bottle, position the cap under the metal "hook" in the bottle opener.
Important: Be sure the "hook" is not under the bottle neck or the glass
may break.
3. Pull down to pop the cap off (D).
KNIFE SHARPENING
1. The slot in the Knife Sharpener is slanted for left or right-
handed use.
2. For best results, sharpen the entire blade length in one
continuous stroke carefully pulling the blade through
the slot and slightly up towards you (E). Repeat until you
achieve desired sharpness. Wash and dry knives after
sharpening. Use caution with blade after sharpening.
Knife Sharpening Tips
• Clean and dry knives before sharpening.
• Do not attempt to sharpen serrated blades, as this will smooth their edges.
• Do not attempt to sharpen scissors.
Care and Cleaning
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service
personnel.
1. Unplug the can opener before cleaning.
2. Remove the cutting assembly by lifting the lever up and pulling the cutting
assembly out (A).
3. Wash it by hand in warm, sudsy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. Before replacing the cutting assembly, wipe the can opener exterior, and area
around the drive wheel with a slightly damp cloth or sponge.
