Troubleshooting guide
Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt
about some of the check points, or if the solutions indicated in the table do not
solve the problem, refer to the “Customer Services Directory” on page 4
if you reside in the U.S.A., or refer to the “Product information” on page 7 if
you reside in Canada.
On your home theater unit
The wireless
link indicator
(e.g. “ [W] ”) is
flashing.
≥ There is no link between the home theater unit and the wireless
system. Check that the wireless system is plugged into the AC
outlet.
The wireless
link indicator

does not light.
≥ Check that the home theater unit is turned on, and the wireless
system is plugged into the AC outlet.
≥ Ensure that the digital transceiver is fully inserted into the slot of
the home theater unit.
