Before You Start
Steering remote control
A steering remote control that enables remote
operation of the head unit is supplied. See the
explanation of the head unit about the operation
of each button with the exception of
ATT , which
is explained below.
# ATT button
Press to quickly lower the volume level, by
about 90%. Press once more to return to the
original volume level.
$ VOLUME button
Press to increase or decrease the volume.
Notes
• If you press FUNCTION or AUDIO on the steer-
ing remote control while front panel of the
head unit has been closed, the front panel
automatically opens.
• If you press FUNCTION on the remote control
while pressing BAND on it, the remote control
will not function properly. To cancel this set-
ting, press
AUDIO on the remote control while
pressing BAND on it to return to the previous
setting.
