OVERhEAT PROTECTION SYSTEM
This appliance is equipped with an overheating security feature. If you:
• plug in the fryer without oil or an insufficient amount of oil
• use old oil that has become too thick
• allow the appliance to become overheated
The appliance will shut off automatically. The power light will go off.
Wait until the heating element has completely cooled. Remove the heating element

and turn it so the part that would be in the cooking pot is facing you. To reset the

fryer, press the red reset button on the right side using any small round non metallic

object such as a pencil eraser or a Q-tip.

Be sure to fill the Cooking pot to at least the MIN marking

inside the Cooking pot with oil before plugging in the

appliance again (M).
