SETTING UP SOLAR4 CID
1 - RINGER HI/LO/OFF
The ringer level switch is located on the underside of the base unit (lift
the base unit to gain access to the switch).Set the switch to ‘OFF’
position if you do not wish the telephone to ring, otherwise leave the
switch in ‘LO’ or ‘HI’ position to adjust the ring level. Outgoing calls
can still be made with the switch set to the ‘OFF’ position.
2 - LANGUAGES SELECT
The unit support 16 languages, including English 1/2, Greek,
Australian, Czech, Slovack, Turkish, Spanish, Nederland, French,
German, Poland, Sweden, Danish, Finland and Norway.
In the state of OFF-HOOK, do as the following steps:
- Press
then OK button and hold them.
- Press button. The unit enters languages setting.
- Press or button to select the language.
- Press OK button to confirm and exit.
3 - SET TIME
In the state of OFF-HOOK, do as the following steps:
- Press and hold
button then .
- LCD will displays “SET TIME”. The unit enters the time setting
function.
- Press
or button to select the correct number.
- Press OK button to confirm and move to the next digit.
- Press
button to exit the setting.
Note : When you receive a first call to this unit, time and date will be
automatically set if you have Caller ID service.
