5.3. No food must be cooked flambè underneath the hood.
5.4. The use of an unprotected flame is dangerous for the filters and
could cause fires.
5.5. Watch constantly the fried food in order to avoid the cooking oil
flares up.
5.6. before performing any mainteinance operation, disconnect the
hood from the mains.
