1) Lower shade down over top of socket cluster.
2) Align holes in bracket on shade with holes in bracket on top

of socket cluster.

3) Thread ball studs down through holes in bracket on shade

and into holes in bracket on top of socket cluster. Tighten

ball studs to secure shade in place.

4) Pull fixture wire from top of socket cluster through center

stem. Thread end of center stem into coupling on top of

socket cluster.

5) TURN OFF POWER.

IMPORTANT: Before you start, NEVER attempt any work

without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.

a) Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your

home. Place the main power switch in the “OFF”

position.

b) Unscrew the fuse(s), or switch “OFF” the circuit breaker

switch(s), that control the power to the fixture or room

that you are working on.

c) Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position. If the fixture

to be replaced has a switch or pull chain, place those in

the “OFF” position.

6) Find the appropriate threaded holes on mounting strap.

Assemble mounting screws into threaded holes.

7) Attach mounting strap to outlet box. (Screws not provided).

Mounting strap can be adjusted to suit position of fixture.

8) Make wire connections (connectors not provided.) Reference

chart below for correct connections and wire accordingly.

9) Push fixture to ceiling, carefully passing mounting screws

through holes in canopy.

10) Thread knurl knobs onto mounting screws. Tighten knurl

knobs to secure fixture to ceiling.

11) Thread end of threaded pipe with hexnut into hole in bottom

of socket cluster.

12) Screw hexnut onto end of threaded pipe.
13) Pass hole in flat washer over end of threaded pipe. Pass

hole in rubber washer over end of threaded pipe.

14) Raise glass diffuser up to fixture. Pass hole in glass diffuser

over end of threaded pipe.

15) Pass hole in rubber washer over end of threaded pipe

protruding from bottom of glass. Pass hole in flat washer

over end of threaded pipe. (DO NOT over tighten.)

16) Thread hexnut onto end of threaded pipe.
17) Thread finial onto end of threaded pipe. (DO NOT over
tighten.)

1) Abaisser le cache sur la partie supérieure du groupe de
douilles.
2) Aligner les trous situés dans le support sur le cache aux

trous dans le support sur la partie supérieure du groupe de

douilles.
3) Visser les goujons à bille par les trous dans le support sur le

cache et dans les trous dans les supports du groupe de

douilles. Serrer les goujons à bille pour fixer le cache.

4) Tirer le fil du luminaire du haut du groupe de douilles pour le

passer par la tige centrale. Visser l’extrémité de la tige

centrale dans l’accouplement en haut du groupe de douilles.

5) COUPER LE COURANT.

IMPORTANT: TOUJOURS couper l’électricité avant de

commencer le travail.

a) Localiser le coffret à fusibles ou le disjoncteur du

domicile. Mettre l’interrupteur principal en position

d’Arrêt.

b) Dévisser le ou les fusibles (ou mettre le disjoncteur sur

Arrêt) qui contrôlent l’alimentation vers le luminaire ou la

pièce dans laquelle le travail est effectué.

c) Mettre l’interrupteur mural en position d’Arrêt. Si le luminaire

à remplacer est doté d’un interrupteur ou d’une chaîne

connectée à l‘interrupteur, placer ces éléments en

position

d’Arrêt.
