under shelf corner
1. Tip the hanger up and attach one hook
over the side of the top shelf as shown
below.
2. Slide the opposing hook up and over
the other side of the top shelf. Make sure
the wires directly below the hooks rest
under the corners of the top shelf.
3. Attach bin or waste basket.
