monitor sound when
recording with an
equipment connected

via the digital
connection.

0 AVLS ON.

Set the switch to 0 AVLS OFF

The HOLD/PUSH OPEN
switch is set to HOLD.

Slide the switch to the center
position.

The batteries are remox'ed from
the unit for one hour or more.

Neither Start ID nor
PGM number can be
written.

The record-protect shutter on
the cassette is open.
