Orbit Baby Limited Customer Warranty - Canada only
What this limited warranty covers and for how long: •
Orbit Baby, Inc.’s authorized distributor, ZOOM Distribution (“Distributor”), warrants that the product
accompanied by this limited warranty is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a
period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty only applies to
the original purchaser of the product, to products purchased and used in Canada, and is provided solely
by Distributor. Orbit Baby is not responsible for the warranty. Distributor expressly excludes any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness of the products for any particular use contemplated by you. The
limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some
Provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
What this limited warranty does not cover: •
This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from repair (except by Distributor) or alteration
of the product, (2) defects resulting from use with covers, inserts, third-party accessories, tightening
devices, or other components not supplied by or expressly approved in writing by Distributor, and (3)
defects resulting from misuse, including any use not in accordance with the product instructions, abuse,
accident, airline travel, neglect, improper maintenance or handling (except by Distributor), or normal wear
and tear.
What Orbit Baby will do: •
If you believe the product is defective please return it to ZOOM Distribution or an Authorized Canadian
Repair Center* in the manner described below within the limited warranty period. If ZOOM Distribution
determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, ZOOM Distribution will, at its option, repair or
replace the product or components of the product. The purchaser will be responsible for all costs
associated with packaging and shipping the product to ZOOM Distribution. ZOOM Distribution will bear
the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Alternatively, the purchaser may
deliver the product to an Authorized Canadian Repair Center. The Purchaser will then be responsible to
retrieve the repaired or replacement product at the selected Authorized Canadian Repair Center. This
limited warranty extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of
the original limited warranty period.
Limitation of Remedies under Limited Warranty: •
Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or
components of the product. In no event will Orbit Baby, Distributor or any of its authorized retailers,
