5. the Quartz sleeve can now be accessed for cleaning
or replacement.
6. if replacing or removing the Quartz tube remove the
threaded plastic collar that locks the Quartz sleeve over
the water-tight seal and remove the quartz tube.
3. rotate the electronic control board counter clockwise to
disengage the control board from the lid.
4. carefully remove the control board with attached uV bulb
from the lid by pulling straigHt-up making sure not to
break the uV bulb.
Changing thE UV bUlb
1. always unplug both the pump and the
ultraKlean ™ pond filter before
releasing the lid clamps
to service the filter.
2. remove the plastic
cover surrounding
control panel. the
panel can be pulled
off without tools.
