Choke Control

The choke control is found on top of the engine and is acti-
vated by rotating the knob counter clockwise. Activating
the choke control closes the choke plate on the carburetor
and aids in starting the engine.

Primer

Depressing the primer forces fuel directly into the engine’s
carburetor to aid in cold-weather starting.

Oil Fill

Engine oil level can be checked and oil added through the
oil fill.

Safety Key

The safety key must be pushed in place in order for the
engine to start. Pull the safety key out to prevent unauthor-
ized use of equipment.

Rocker Switch

The rocker switch is used to stop the engine. The switch
must be in the “ON” position in order to start the engine.
