The Parental option enables parents to prevent their children from watching inappropriate material on a DVD. It reads the
ratings for programming, then denies access to programming if the program’s rating meets the limitations you selected. In
this case, the user will have to enter a password.

Once the password has been entered, press the
OK/ENTER button

again to select PARENTAL LEVEL;

the Parental Level screen will appear. Use the Navigation

to select the desired rating.

desired rating will then be set, and if DVDs with this new
rating or above are played, the user will have to enter a
password.
