USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The NEW Germ Guardian™ Personal Air Purifier allows you to breathe healthy air wherever you go.
This purifier helps to force away allergens and pollutants by emitting healthy negative ions. It has
a light-weight design and is easy to carry. Wear it anywhere, especially when you travel.
Negative ions help freshen and purify the air by causing allergens such as pollen, mold spores,
dust, and animal dander floating in the air to be attracted and stick to each other. These clumps
of particles then become heavy enough that gravity can pull them down to the floor, rather than
staying in suspension where they can be breathed in and cause allergic reactions.

USES

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
To keep the anion discharge outlet clean at all times, clean the needles
inside the discharge outlet with a cotton swab. (See Figure 1)
CAUTION
1. Do not submerse any product component in water.
2. If you are sensitive to ozone, turn the unit on approximately
20 minutes before you put it on.
3. The charger is for use with the included lithium ion batteries only. Do not use any other battery.
4. Do not expose the batteries to direct sunlight.
5. Do not handle the charger with wet hands.
6. Unplug the charger before removing the batteries.
HOW TO USE
1. Plug the charger into an AC outlet; the LED indicator will turn green.
2. Insert the battery into the charger; the LED indicator will turn red.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green again.
4. Unplug the charger from the wall socket and remove the battery.
5. Remove the battery panel on the back of your Germ Guardian™ Personal Air Purifier
and insert the charged battery.
6. Replace the back battery panel.
7. Press the on button and the air purifier is ready to wear.
