MALFUNCTION

Fryer does not heat up.

• The STB limiter has

tripped.

• Defective thermostat.

• The oil temperature

has exceeded 445°F
(230°C).

• The capillary tube sen-

sor is damaged.

• The heating is opera-

ting in the trough wit-
hout oil.

• Oil level is too low.

- Contact the nearest

service station by tele-
phone.

- Inform After-sales ser-

vice.
