Notes:
• If you enter a non-existing disc/track or enter a DVD soon
after the loading drawer is closed, or when it is open, the en­
try is included in the count. The player cancels non-existing
entries during play.
•If you enter a disc or track which the player knows is non­
existing, “Err” will be displayed.

To program all the tracks on a disc
1. Press DISC 1 -5 to select the disc.
2. Press SELECT.
Example:

“ALL” means all the tracks will be
programmed as one entry.
To program the tracks on the same disc suc­
cessively
Simply press the numeric buttons corresponding to the desired
track numbers successively. It is not necessary to enter the
disc number each time.
To clear the program
•To clear a program
1. Press the cursor buttons (◄, ►) in the stop mode to recall
a program to be cleared.
2. Press CANCEL.
Example:
PROG. PROG,
The selected program is cancelled.
•To clear the whole program
Press STOP in the stop mode.
Example:
The whole program is cleared.
(The program is also cleared when the player is set to the
standby mode or turned off.)
Random play [Video CD/CD]_____________
The player plays the tracks on all the Video CDs and CDs in
random order.

Press PLAY MODE twice in the stop mode.
The player enters the random play mode.

To confirm the program contents
Press the cursor button (◄) in the stop mode.

The previous program is recalled.
Each time you press the cursor buttons (◄, ►), the program
contents {disc/track/program No.) will be displayed.
To return to normal play
1. Press STOP twice during play. (Program play is sus­
pended.)
2. Press PLAY MODE twice.
3. Press PLAY.
Normal play begins from the beginning of the disc.
(The program is retained in the memory.)
•To exit the random play mode
Press PLAY MODE once.

After playback
Play is stopped and the random play mode is cancelled.
To return to normal play
