Recording
1 Insert the charged Battery Pack.
2 Turn the Movie Camera on.
Slide the [CAMERAA/CR] Selector Cover to
“CAMERA”.
Insert a cassette with intact erasure
prevention tab.
•A few seconds after closing the Cassette Compartment, the
Movie Camera will be in the recording pause mode.
Slide the [S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFF] Selector
Switch to “ON/AUTO” or “OFF”.
• In the “ON/AUTO" position, the S'VHS recording system is
selected and the Indication is lit. Playback will not be
possible on a normal VMS VCR.
• In the “OFF" position, the Indication is not lit.
Remove the Lens Cap.
Press the Start/Stop Button.
■ To Pausethe Recording...
Press the Start/Stop Button.
■ To Shoot the Next Scene(s)...
Press the Start/Stop Button again.
■ To Stop the Recording...
Press the Start/Stop Button to stop the recording and then
turn the Movie Camera off.
Note:
If the Movie Camera is left in the recording pause mode for more
than 5 minutes, the recording pause mode will be canceled and the
Viewfinder will be turned off (recording lock mode). To resume
recording from this condition, turn the Movie Camera on again. If
the Movie Camera is left in the recording lock mode for more than
48 hours, it wilt automatically switch off completely.

Prise de vues
1 Installer un bloc-batterie complètement
rechargé.
2 Établir le contact sur le camescope.
3 Glisser le rabat du sélecteur [CAMERAA/CR]
à la position “CAMERA”.
4 Insérer une cassette munie de sa ianguette de
prévention d’effacement.
•Quelques secondes après la fermeture du compartiment à
cassette, le camescope passe en mode pause à
l'enregistrement.
5 Glisser ie séiecteur [S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFF] à
“ON/AUTO” ou à “OFF”.
•Dans ta position “ON/AUTO", c’est le format S-VHS qui est
sélectionné et l’indication est affichée. La lecture ne
sera pas possible sur un magnétoscope VHS normal.
•Dans la position “OFF", l’indication n’est pas affichée.

Retirer le capuchon de l’objectif.
Appuyer sur la touche de mise en marche/
arrêt.
■ Pour arrêter temporairement la prise de vues...
Appuyer sur la touche de mise en marche/arrêt.
■ Pour enregistrer de nouvelles scènes...
Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche de mise en marche/arrêt.
■ Pour mettre fin à la prise de vues...
Appuyer sur la touche de mise en marche/arrêt pour arrêter la
prise de vues, puis couper le contact sur le camescope.
Remarque:
Si le mode pause est maintenu pendant plus de cinq minutes,
l’appareil passe automatiquement en mode verrouillage à
l’enregistrement (l’écran du viseur s’éteint). Pour reprendre
l’enregistrement, établir de nouveau le contact sur le camescope.
Si le mode verrouillage à l’enregistrement est maintenu pendant
plus de 48 heures, le contact est alors coupé automatiquement sur
le camescope.
