Troubleshooting Guide
Error displays
The following indicator flickers.
E-01
E-02
E-04
The disc magazine is not inserted in the changer.
No disc is inserted in the disc magazine.
The disc is dirty, or the disc is inserted upside down.
E-99 The unit cannot be operated because of trouble.
^ Press the reset button on the display unit.
The indication keeps flickering until trouble is reformed. If the indication (E-99) does not
disappear after pressing the reset button, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
TEMP The temperature exceeds 55°C (131°F), this indication appears for a few seconds and the
changer cannot be operated. When the unit cools off, this indication disappears.
