For 2-years from date of purchase, The Brinkmann Corporation warrants the Victorian solar light against defects due to workmanship or
materials to the original purchaser. The Brinkmann Corporation’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines:
•
This warranty does not extend to the L.E.D. or battery.
• This warranty does not cover solar lights that have been altered or damaged due to: normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, improper
use, disassembly of parts and/or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized employee of The Brinkmann Corporation.
• This warranty does not cover surface scratches or weathering as this is considered normal wear.
• Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of solar lights which prove defective under normal use and which upon examination
shall indicate to Brinkmann’s satisfaction, they are defective. If Brinkmann confirms the defect and approves the claim, Brinkmann will elect
to repair or replace the solar light as covered by the terms of this warranty.
• This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers.
The Brinkmann Corporation requires reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your sales receipt or
invoice. To obtain repair or replacement of your Victorian solar light under the terms of this warranty, please call Customer Service Department at
1-800-527-0717 for a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Solar lights
returned to Brinkmann must include your name, address and telephone number. Please make sure the light is properly packed, postage prepaid,
and insured. A Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Brinkmann cannot be responsible for any solar
lights forwarded to us without a Return Authorization Number.
EXCEPT AS ABOVE STATED, THE BRINKMANN CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2-YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE VICTORIAN SOLAR LIGHT TO
COMPLY WITH THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS EXCLUDED. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE
CHARGED IS BASED UPON THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE WARRANTY SET OUT ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Pendant 2 ans après la date d’achat, Brinkmann Corporation garantit à l’acheteur d’origine la lampe solaire Victorian contre les défauts de
fabrication ou de matériau. L’obligation de Brinkmann Corporation dans le cadre de cette garantie est limitée aux points suivants:

Cette garantie ne couvre par les ampoules à diode ou les batterie.
• Cette garantie ne couvre pas les lampes solaires qui ont été modifiées ou endommagées par l’usure normale, les abus, une mauvaise
maintenance, une mauvaise utilisation, le démontage des pièces et/ou les tentatives de réparation par toute personne autre qu’un employé
autorisé de Brinkmann Corporation.
• Cette garantie ne couvre pas les rayures ou dégradations de surface, qui sont assimilées à l’usure normale.
• Le service sous garantie est limité à la réparation ou au remplacement des lampes solaires qui s’avèrent être défectueuses dans des
conditions normales d’utilisation, et dont Brinkmann vérifie la défaillance lors de son examen. Si Brinkmann confirme la défaillance et
approuve la réclamation, Brinkmann choisira de réparer ou de remplacer les lampes solaires, selon les termes de cette garantie.
• Cette garantie est fournie uniquement à l’acheteur initial. Elle n’est pas transférable ou cessible aux acheteurs suivants.
Brinkmann Corporation exige un justificatif d’achat. Par conséquent, nous vous recommandons fortement de conserver votre reçu de vente ou
votre facture. Pour obtenir la réparation ou le remplacement d’une lampe solaire Victorian selon les termes de cette garantie, veuillez contacter le
Service Client au 1-800-527-0717 pour recevoir un numéro d’autorisation de renvoi et de plus amples instructions. Vous aurez besoin d’un
reçu. Les lampes solaires renvoyées à Brinkmann doivent être accompagnées de votre nom, votre adresse et votre numéro de téléphone. Veuillez
vous assurer que la lampe est emballée correctement, envoyée port payé et assurée. Un numéro d’autorisation de renvoi doit être clairement
indiqué à l’extérieur de l’emballage. Brinkmann Corporation n’assume aucune responsabilité pour les lampes solaires qui lui sont envoyées
sans numéro d’autorisation de retour.
À L’EXCEPTION DE CE QUI PRÉCÈDE, BRINKMANN CORPORATION NE FOURNIT AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPLICITE. LES GARANTIES
IMPLICITES DE COMMERCIALISATION ET D’APTITUDE À UNE UTILISATION PARTICULIÈRE SONT LIMITÉES À UNE DURÉE DE 2 ANS À PARTIR
DE LA DATE D’ACHAT. CERTAINES JURIDICTIONS NE PERMETTENT PAS D’IMPOSER DES LIMITES SUR LA DURÉE D’UNE GARANTIE
