You can record a 16:9 wide picture to watch on
the 16:9 wide-screen TV (16:9WIDE).
Black bands appear on the screen during
recording in the 16:9WIDE mode [a]. The
picture during playing back in the 4:3 mode on
a wide-screen TV [b] or a normal TV [c]* are
compressed in the widthwise direction. If you
set the screen mode of the wide-screen TV to
the full mode, you can watch pictures of
normal images [d].
DCR-TRV33E only – If the zoom lever is set to
the W (wide) side, the recording angle will
become wider than that of the usual tape
recording. The recording angle will not
become wider with the zoom lever on the T
(telephoto) side.
* The picture played back in the wide mode on
a normal TV appears the same as the picture
played back in the wide mode on your
camcorder [a].
The POWER switch should be set to

Operate by touching the panel.
(1) During recording standby, press FN to
display PAGE1.
(2) Press MENU to display the menu.
(3) Select 16:9WIDE in
, then press EXEC
(p. 243).
(4) Select ON, then press EXEC.
To return to FN
Press EXIT.

Utilisation du mode
Grand écran
Vous pouvez faire des prises de vue en format
16:9 que vous pourrez ensuite visionner sur un
téléviseur grand écran 16:9 (16:9WIDE).
Des bandes noires s’affichent à l’écran pendant
l’enregistrement en mode 16:9WIDE [a]. En
cours de lecture en mode 4:3 sur un téléviseur à
grand écran [b] ou sur un téléviseur normal
[c]*, les images sont compressées dans le sens
de la largeur. Si vous réglez le mode d’écran du
téléviseur grand écran sur le mode plein, vous
pouvez visionner des images normales [d].
DCR-TRV33E uniquement – Si le levier de
zoom est réglé au côté W (large), l’angle de
prise de vue devient plus large que celui d’un
enregistrement habituel sur cassette. L’angle de
prise de vue n’augmente pas lorsque le levier
de zoom est réglé sur le côté T (téléobjectif).
* L’image lue en mode grand écran sur un
téléviseur normal s’affiche de la même
manière que l’image lue en mode grand
écran sur votre caméscope [a].
Réglez le commutateur POWER sur
.
Effectuez cette opération à l’aide de l’écran tactile.
(1) En mode d’attente d’enregistrement,
appuyez sur FN pour afficher PAGE1.
(2) Appuyez sur MENU pour afficher le
menu.
(3) Sélectionnez 16:9WIDE sous , puis
appuyez sur EXEC (p. 253).
(4) Sélectionnez ON, puis appuyez sur EXEC.
Pour revenir à FN
Appuyez sur EXIT.
