About the
“InfoLITHIUM”
battery pack
This unit is compatible with the
“InfoLITHIUM” battery pack (M series). Your
camcorder operates only with the
“InfoLITHIUM” battery pack. “InfoLITHIUM”
M series battery packs have the
mark.
What is the “InfoLITHIUM”
battery pack?
The “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack is a lithium-
ion battery pack that has functions for
communicating information related to
operating conditions between your camcorder
and an optional AC adaptor/charger.
The “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack calculates
the power consumption according to the
operating conditions of your camcorder, and
displays the remaining battery time in
minutes. With an AC adaptor/charger
(optional), the remaining battery time and
charging time appear.
Charging the battery pack
•Be sure to charge the battery pack before you
start using your camcorder.
•We recommend charging the battery pack in
an ambient temperature of between
10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F) until the CHG
lamp goes out. If you charge the battery
outside of this temperature range, you may
not be able to efficiently charge the battery
pack.
•After charging is complete, either disconnect
the cable from the DC IN jack on your
camcorder or remove the battery pack.

La batterie « InfoLITHIUM » calcule la
consommation d’énergie en fonction des
conditions d’utilisation de votre caméscope et
affiche, en minutes, l’autonomie de la batterie.
Avec un adaptateur/chargeur secteur (en
option), l’autonomie de la batterie et la durée
de charge sont affichées.
Recharge de la batterie
•Veillez à charger la batterie avant de
commencer à utiliser votre caméscope.
•Il est recommandé de recharger la batterie à
une température ambiante située entre 10 °C
et 30 °C jusqu’à ce que le voyant CHG
s’éteigne. Si vous chargez la batterie en
dehors de cette plage de température, il se
peut que vous ne soyez pas en mesure de
charger correctement la batterie.
•Une fois la charge terminée, déconnectez le
câble de la prise DC IN de votre caméscope
ou retirez la batterie.
