When operating using the “Memory Stick” (DCR-TRV22E/TRV33E
only)
Symptom Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• The POWER switch is not set to MEMORY.
c Set it to MEMORY (p. 15).
• The “Memory Stick” is not inserted.
c Insert the “Memory Stick” (p. 14, 146).
• The “Memory Stick” has already been recorded to its full
capacity.
c Delete unnecessary images and record again (p. 192).
• The “Memory Stick” formatted incorrectly is inserted.
c Format the “Memory Stick” using your camcorder or
use another “Memory Stick” (p. 141, 246).
• The write-protect tab on the “Memory Stick” is set to
LOCK.
c Release the lock (p. 142).
• You cannot record data in the 100MSDCF folder. It is only
for playing back data.
• The image is protected.
c Cancel image protection (p. 190).
• The write-protect tab on the “Memory Stick” is set to
LOCK.
c Release the lock (p. 142).
• You tried to delete more than 100 images in one session.
c You can select up to 100 images on the INDEX screen in
one session (p. 193).
